What happens to your information when you visit this site or get in touch. Written to be read, not survived.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of you, and there is nothing here to opt out of.
The only information we hold about you is what you decide to send us.
What you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to reply, to understand the work, and to scope it.
We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
What happens automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser's user agent. Those exist for security and reliability, not for marketing.
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is the only third party the page contacts, and we name it because a request that leaves for another company is worth knowing about.
Storage on your device
One entry, and it is not a cookie. When you switch between English and Arabic we store that choice in your browser's local storage under omniprocess-lang, so the site opens in your language next time.
It holds no identifier, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your site data removes it.
Client data during a project
Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page. Under it we work least-privilege by default, keep data in the client's own accounts wherever that is practical, and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
We do not use one client's data to train models, and we do not reuse it as material for anyone else.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, deletion, or that we stop contacting you. You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill in. We reply within one business day.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
