These cover the use of this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with you, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
What this site is
It describes what we do. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to a price, a scope, or a timeline. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.
The calculator
The figures it produces are arithmetic on numbers you enter yourself. They are not our estimate of your business, not a forecast, and not a promise of a result. We say so on the page and we mean it here too.
What belongs to whom
The wording, design, and mark on this site belong to OmniProcess.
Client logos belong to those clients. They appear to show who we have delivered for, not to imply that any of them endorses or recommends us.
Software we build for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their agreement, including source, prompts, and pipelines.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not try to break it, do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not present it as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.
Liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contracting entity and governing law
This site is published by OmniProcess. The contracting entity and the governing law for any engagement are named in the agreement we sign with you, before any work begins.
